The Yageo RC0603FR-07100RL is a 100Ohm thick film chip resistor in 0603 package with ±1% tolerance. The 100Ohm value is the standard impedance for Ethernet differential pairs and is commonly used for series termination on high-speed digital signal lines to improve signal integrity and reduce reflections.

The RC0603FR-07100RL uses thick film resistive technology on alumina substrate, laser-trimmed to ±1% tolerance. The 100Ohm resistance is a relatively low value, achieved with a wider and shorter resistive path. This makes the element less susceptible to parasitic inductance, important for high-speed signal integrity applications. The Ni/Sn termination provides low contact resistance.
