The onsemi NCP511SN33T1G is a 150mA ultra-low-noise LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 30uVrms output noise and 75dB PSRR in SOT-23-5 package. It is designed for the most noise-sensitive RF and precision analog applications where supply cleanliness directly impacts system performance, such as GPS receivers, ADC/DAC references, and RF modules.

The NCP511SN33T1G uses a CMOS LDO architecture with a noise bypass (BP) pin connected to the internal bandgap reference. An external capacitor on the BP pin (typically 22nF) filters reference noise, achieving 30uVrms output noise and 75dB PSRR. The ±1% accuracy is maintained over temperature and load. The 40uA quiescent current provides a good balance between noise performance and battery life for portable applications.
