The NCP1117DT33T5G from onsemi is a 3.3V fixed-output low-dropout linear voltage regulator from the NCP1117 series. The NCP1117DT33T5G operates as a series linear voltage regulator with PNP pass transistor. **Reference Subsystem**: A trimmed bandgap reference provides the stable 3.3V output with +/-1% accuracy over temperature and line/load variations. **Error Amplifier**: A differential amplifier compares the output voltage against the internal reference.
