The MPX5010DP from NXP Semiconductors is an integrated silicon pressure sensor with on-chip signal conditioning, temperature compensation, and calibration. It measures differential pressure from 0 to 10 kPa with a high-level analog output of 0.2 V to 4.7 V at 5 V supply. The sensor features dual side ports and 5% maximum error over 0°C to 85°C.
