The MJD32CT4G from onsemi is a PNP complementary power transistor rated at -100V, -3A in DPAK surface-mount. Electrically similar to the TIP32C through-hole series. hFE of 10-50 at 3A, VCE(sat) of 1.2V max. Complementary with MJD31CT4G (NPN). The T4 suffix denotes tape-and-reel packaging. Suitable for general-purpose amplification and low-speed switching in surface-mount designs.

A single PNP bipolar junction transistor (BJT) in a vertical structure. Base current controls the collector current with hFE gain of 10-50 depending on operating point. The DPAK package with exposed collector tab provides 8.3 C/W RthJC for 15W power dissipation with adequate heatsinking. The C suffix variant provides 100V VCEO for higher-voltage applications compared to the 40V base MJD32.
