The MC74VHC1G08DTT1G from onsemi is a single 2-input AND gate in ultra-compact TSOP-5. 3.5ns propagation at 5V with 1uA static current. Overvoltage-tolerant inputs (5.5V) enable mixed-voltage interfacing without level shifters. IOFF circuitry prevents back-drive when VCC is removed.

Implements Y = A AND B. Three CMOS stages: input protection with OV-tolerant structures, AND logic with complementary MOSFETs, and buffered output with +/-8mA drive. OV tolerance uses floating N-well to prevent parasitic latchup. IOFF disconnects output when VCC=0V.
