The MAX30003CWV+T is an ultra-low power, single-channel integrated biopotential analog front-end (AFE) from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated), designed for ECG (electrocardiogram) and R-to-R heart rate detection in wearable applications. It features 15.5-bit effective resolution with 5uVp-p noise, built-in R-R detection algorithm, and operates on just 85uW at 1.1V. The CWV package is a 30-bump wafer-level package (WLP) measuring 2.7 x 2.9mm.
