The LP2985-33DBVR from Texas Instruments is a fixed-output, wide-input, low-noise, low-dropout voltage regulator designed for portable and battery-powered applications. It supports an input voltage range from 2.5V to 16V and delivers up to 150mA of load current with a fixed 3.3V output. The device features ultra-low quiescent current of 71uA, making it suitable for always-on battery systems. The LP2985-33DBVR operates as a linear voltage regulator using a pass transistor controlled by an error amplifier.
