The LP2951ACMX-3.3/NOPB from Texas Instruments is the fixed 3.3V output version of the LP2951ACMX micropower LDO regulator. The device provides a precisely regulated 3.3V output at up to 100mA with only 380mV dropout voltage. The internal resistor divider is factory-trimmed for +/-1% output accuracy at 25C (AC grade). The error flag output indicates when the output voltage drops below approximately 92% of the nominal 3.3V (about 3.04V), providing early power-fail warning for microcontroller and logic systems. The logic-level shutdown pin reduces quiescent current to near zero for power management. The /NOPB suffix indicates non-braided tape and reel packaging. The fixed output version eliminates the need for external feedback resistors, reducing component count and board space.

The LP2951ACMX-3.3/NOPB operates identically to the adjustable LP2951ACMX, except that the feedback divider is integrated on-chip. (1) Internal Feedback: An internal resistor divider from VOUT to the SENSE pin sets the output to 3.3V. The FB pin is still available for external adjustment if needed, but connecting the SENSE pin directly to VOUT and leaving FB unconnected provides the factory-set 3.3V output. (2) All other operational characteristics (PNP pass transistor, error flag, shutdown, dropout) are identical to the LP2951ACMX. See that entry for details.
