The FJV1845FMTF from onsemi is an NPN epitaxial silicon transistor optimized for audio frequency low-noise amplifier applications. With 120V VCEO, 50mA IC, and high hFE (300-1200), it is the complementary PNP pair to the FJV992. The SOT-23 package and 110MHz fT make it ideal for compact, high-fidelity audio circuits requiring low noise and high gain.

As an NPN BJT, the FJV1845 conducts collector current when the base-emitter junction is forward biased. The epitaxial construction provides high breakdown voltage with low collector saturation voltage. High hFE ensures sufficient gain with minimal base drive current. The low-noise characteristics make it suitable for audio preamplifier input stages.
