The FDS6690A is a n-channel powertrench mosfet, 30v, 10mω rds(on), 15a, logic level gate drive manufactured by onsemi. This device is housed in a SOIC-8 package and operates across a -55°C ~ +150°C. The component meets industry standards for reliability and is suitable for demanding applications.

The MOSFET operates as a voltage-controlled switch. When the gate-source voltage exceeds the threshold, the conductive channel forms between drain and source, allowing current flow.
