The BD6231F-E2 from ROHM is an H-bridge DC motor driver with 1A output, 6-15V supply, and built-in thermal/over-current protection in an SSOP-16 package.

The BD6231F integrates four NPN Darlington transistors in an H-bridge configuration. Logic inputs (FIN, RIN) control the bridge state: FIN high drives forward, RIN high drives reverse, both high activates brake, both low enters standby. Internal clamp diodes protect against inductive kickback.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
