The AZ431AN-ATRE1 from Diodes Incorporated is a TL431-equivalent programmable shunt voltage reference in a SOT-23-3 package. The device provides +/-1% initial accuracy (A grade) with a 2.495V internal bandgap reference programmable to 36V, making it a pin-compatible and functionally equivalent alternative to the TI TL431AIDBZR. The 0.3 Ohm typical dynamic impedance and 1-100mA cathode current range are compatible with standard TL431 application circuits. The Diodes Inc AZ431 series offers a cost-competitive second-source option for high-volume consumer electronics and adapter SMPS designs. The ATRE1 suffix denotes the SOT-23-3 package on tape and reel.

The AZ431AN-ATRE1 operates identically to the TL431. The internal bandgap reference generates 2.495V. The error amplifier compares the REF pin voltage with the internal reference and drives the NPN output transistor to regulate the cathode current.   • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
