The AZ431AN-ATRE1 from Diodes Incorporated is a Adjustable precision shunt reference, 2.495-36V, SOT-23-3 in a SOT-23-3 package. It provides precision voltage reference for consumer and industrial applications.

The shunt reference uses a bandgap cell to generate a stable 2.495V reference. An external resistor divider sets the cathode voltage. When the cathode voltage exceeds the reference, the internal amplifier drives more cathode current, pulling the voltage down. This feedback action maintains a stable output voltage.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
