Partial page writes wrap within the 128-byte page boundary. Reading can be sequential (current address read) or random (address-specified read). The WP pin, when tied to VCC, disables all write operations to the entire memory array for data protection. The software write protect allows protecting the upper 1/4, upper 1/2, or entire array via a special sequence. The I2C interface supports standard mode (100 kHz), fast mode (400 kHz), and fast mode plus (1 MHz) with corresponding timing requirements.
