The Diodes Inc AP2112K-3.3TRG1 is a 600mA LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with 250mV dropout and 72dB PSRR in SOT-23-5 package. It offers an excellent cost-to-performance ratio for consumer and IoT applications requiring clean 3.3V power from single-cell Li-ion or 5V USB supplies.

The AP2112K-3.3TRG1 uses a CMOS LDO architecture with PMOS pass transistor. The 55uA quiescent current provides a good balance between battery life and regulation performance. The 72dB PSRR at 1kHz effectively suppresses input supply noise, making it suitable for noise-sensitive RF and analog circuits. The device is stable with only 1uF ceramic output capacitor, minimizing solution size and cost.
