The AMC1311BQDWVRQ1 from TI is a reinforced isolated amplifier for high-voltage sensing in automotive and industrial applications. 7000VPEAK reinforced isolation with 1200Vrms working voltage meets EV safety requirements. +/-5V input optimized for voltage sensing in motor drives, onboard chargers, and DC-DC converters. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for -40 to 125°C. Fixed gain of 1 with 0.05% max nonlinearity. Fail-safe output drives to mid-supply on fault.

Uses capacitive isolation technology. High-side delta-sigma modulator digitizes differential input into 1-bit stream, coupled across capacitive barrier to low-side digital filter for analog output reconstruction. Fail-safe monitors VDD1; when undervoltage, output transitions to VDD2/2. Reinforced barrier certified to 7000VPEAK per IEC 62368-1.
