The AD5412AREZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is the 12-bit version of the AD5422, providing precision current and voltage outputs for industrial process control. Supporting 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-24mA current ranges plus 0-5V, 0-10V, ±5V, ±10V voltage ranges, it delivers ±0.01% FSR accuracy with ±3 ppm/°C drift stability. The REEL7 suffix indicates 7-inch reel packaging. The 3-wire SPI interface simplifies digital isolation.

The AD5412 shares the same architecture as the AD5422 but with 12-bit resolution. It receives data via SPI, drives a precision current/voltage output, and includes on-chip reference, fault detection, and protection. The lower resolution reduces cost where 12-bit accuracy is sufficient.
