Product Overview
The ADuM1301ARWZ from Analog Devices is a triple-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler technology with three independent isolation channels (2 forward, 1 reverse). Providing 2500 Vrms isolation rating, 50 ns max propagation delay, and 90 Mbps data rate, it replaces optocouplers with superior performance, lower power, and higher reliability. Packaged in SOIC-16W for standard PCB assembly.
