- Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
- In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.

The XL7045E1 from XLSEMI (XinLong Semiconductor) is a 100V step-down DC-DC converter with an integrated 100V N-channel MOSFET, capable of operating from 10V to 80V input (100V maximum) and delivering up to 0.3A output current. The device uses a fixed 100kHz switching frequency and adjustable output voltage set by an external resistor divider referenced to a 1.25V feedback voltage. The internal power MOSFET eliminates the need for an external switch, reducing component count and board space. The ESOP-8 package with exposed pad provides adequate thermal dissipation for the modest power levels. The E1 suffix denotes the ESOP-8 package variant.
The XL7045E1 operates as a current-mode step-down (buck) DC-DC converter. (1) The internal 100V N-channel MOSFET connects the input voltage to the LC output filter through the SW pin. When the MOSFET is on, current ramps up through the inductor and charges the output capacitor. When the MOSFET turns off, the inductor current freewheels through the external Schottky catch diode. (2) The output voltage is regulated by adjusting the MOSFET duty cycle. The FB pin monitors the output voltage through a resistor divider and compares it with the 1.25V internal reference. The error amplifier adjusts the peak current setpoint to maintain regulation. (3) The 100kHz fixed switching frequency is set by an internal oscillator. While not as high as modern converters (which operate at 500kHz+), the 100kHz frequency allows use of larger inductors with lower core losses, which is appropriate for high-voltage applications where inductor voltage ratings are critical. The 2.8mA quiescent current includes the gate drive power for the internal MOSFET.
