Product Overview
The TLP185(GB-TPLSE(T is a photocoupler from Toshiba consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared LED optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. It provides electrical isolation between input and output with minimum CTR of 50% at 5 mA, isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, and comes in a compact 4-pin MFSOP (SOP4) surface-mount package.
