Product Overview
The MAX1501ETE+T from Maxim Integrated (now Analog Devices) is a highly integrated linear battery charger with thermal regulation for single-cell Li+ and 3-cell NiMH/NiCd batteries. It supports up to 1.4A programmable fast-charge current with overvoltage protection in a 16-pin TQFN package.
