Product Overview
The LM2662MX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a 200mA CMOS charge-pump voltage converter that inverts a 1.5V to 5.5V positive input to the corresponding negative voltage, or doubles the input voltage. It features selectable 20kHz/150kHz oscillator frequency and 3.5 Ohm output resistance in an SOIC-8 package.
