The TPS650250RHB from Texas Instruments is an integrated Power Management IC (PMIC) designed for Li-Ion or Li-Polymer battery-powered systems requiring multiple power rails. It features three high-efficiency step-down (buck) converters (1.6A, 0.8A, 0.8A), a 30mA LDO for always-on rail, and two 200mA general-purpose LDOs. The device operates from a single Li-Ion cell (2.5-6V input) and provides configurable output voltages through external resistor dividers. The 2.25MHz switching frequency allows use of small external inductors.
