The TPS2042BDR from TI is a dual-channel power distribution switch for multi-port USB. Each channel: 70mOhm N-channel MOSFET with 1A current limit. Independent enable and fault outputs. Internal charge pump, controlled rise time (0.6ms). SOIC-8 compact package.

Two independent channels, each with N-channel MOSFET, charge pump driver, current-sense, thermal sensor, UVLO. Charge pump generates gate voltage above VIN for 70mOhm on-resistance. Active-low enable turns on switch with 0.6ms rise time. Current-sense FET detects overcurrent; constant-current mode engages above 1A. OC open-drain asserts low after 8ms deglitch. Thermal shutdown at 135°C with 10°C hysteresis.
