The TPD2E001DRLR from Texas Instruments is a 2-channel transient voltage suppressor (TVS) ESD protection diode array designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and surge events. With a typical capacitance of only 0.5pF per channel, it is suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and other differential signal pairs. The device is housed in a compact SOT-23-6 package and provides +/-15kV (HBM) ESD protection.
