The TLV2372IDR from TI is a dual 3MHz rail-to-rail CMOS op amp in SOIC-8. Operates from 2.7-16V with 210uA per channel quiescent current. Features 500uV input offset, 1pA bias current, and 19nV/sqrtHz noise. Rail-to-rail input/output swings within 50mV of supply rails. IDR suffix denotes SOIC-8 tape-and-reel. Ideal for battery-powered instrumentation and sensor signal conditioning.

Uses a CMOS input stage with complementary P-channel and N-channel differential pairs to achieve rail-to-rail input common-mode range. The output stage uses a common-source configuration for rail-to-rail output swing. The 3MHz gain bandwidth and 2.4V/us slew rate are achieved with 210uA per-channel quiescent current. The CMOS input provides 1pA typical input bias current, suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The 500uV typical offset is achieved through input pair matching and on-chip trimming.
