The TCAN1043DMTRQ1 from Texas Instruments is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified CAN FD transceiver supporting data rates up to 5 Mbps. It features CAN bus wake-up, standby and sleep modes with INH output, VIO level shifting for 3.3V MCU interfacing, and +/-58V bus fault protection in a VSON-14 (4.5x3mm) package.
