The STC8G1K08-36I-SOP16 is an ultra-high-speed 8051-based 1T microcontroller from STC Micro (Hongjing Technology). With 8 KB Flash, 128+128+1024 bytes SRAM, and operating up to 36 MHz, it is approximately 12 times faster than traditional 8051. Features include 10-bit ADC, dual UARTs, SPI, I2C, PCA/PWM, comparator, and internal high-precision RC oscillator — all in a compact SOP-16 package.

The STC8G1K08-36I-SOP16 from STC Micro is an ultra-high-speed 1T 8051 microcontroller operating at up to 36 MHz — approximately 12× faster than traditional 8051. It integrates 8 KB Flash, 1.28 KB SRAM, 10-bit 15-channel ADC, dual UARTs, SPI, I2C, 3× PCA/PWM modules, comparator, and a built-in LDO. The internal high-precision IRC oscillator (±0.3% at 25°C) eliminates the need for external crystals, while ISP programming simplifies development and production.

The STC8G1K08 uses an enhanced 8051 core executing one instruction per machine cycle (1T architecture), compared to 12 cycles in traditional 8051. The internal bus connects CPU, Flash, SRAM, and peripheral blocks. The built-in LDO regulates the supply voltage for stable internal operation from 1.9V to 5.5V input. The high-precision internal RC oscillator (4-36 MHz) can be adjusted during ISP programming. The ADC performs up to 500K conversions per second across 15 channels. The PCA modules provide flexible PWM, capture, and high-speed output functions. ISP programming is performed via UART, enabling field firmware updates without dedicated programmers.
