The PMV65XP215 is the 7-inch tape-and-reel version of Nexperia’s PMV65XP P-channel Trench MOSFET (suffix 215). It shares identical electrical specifications: -20V VDS, -4.3A ID, 74 mΩ RDS(on) at VGS=-4.5V, and -0.65V typical threshold voltage. The tape-and-reel packaging is optimized for automated pick-and-place assembly.

Identical to PMV65XP. The P-channel MOSFET conducts when the gate is negative relative to the source. Low threshold voltage enables low-voltage logic drive for high-side load switching applications.
