The PMV65XP from Nexperia is a P-channel enhancement mode Trench MOSFET in SOT-23 with -20V VDS, -4.3A ID, and low 74 mΩ RDS(on) at VGS=-4.5V. The low -0.65V typical threshold voltage enables operation from low-voltage logic. Trench MOSFET technology provides excellent RDS(on) per area. Ideal for high-side load switching and battery management in portable electronics.

As a P-channel MOSFET, the PMV65XP conducts when the gate is more negative than the source by at least VGS(th). The low threshold enables low-voltage gate drive. In high-side switch applications, the source connects to the supply rail and pulling the gate low turns on the switch.
