The PIC16F1717-I/ML from Microchip is an 8-bit PIC microcontroller featuring intelligent analog integration that reduces external component count and simplifies PCB design. Based on the enhanced mid-range core running at 32MHz, it includes 14KB Flash, 1KB RAM, and a rich set of integrated analog peripherals: two operational amplifiers, two 5-bit DACs, a 10-bit ADC with 22 channels, and zero-cross detection. Digital peripherals include configurable logic cells (CLC), hardware limit duty cycle (HLDC) for motor control, and peripheral pin select (PPS) for flexible pin assignment. The device is available in a 28-pin QFN (6x6mm) package rated for -40 to 85 C operation.

The PIC16F1717-I/ML is based on Microchip’s enhanced mid-range 8-bit PIC core.
