The MAX813LESA+T from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim) is a low-cost microprocessor supervisory circuit providing reset, watchdog, and power-fail monitoring. With a 4.65V reset threshold and active-high RESET output, it includes a 1.6-second watchdog timer, 200 ms reset timeout, manual reset input, and a 1.25V threshold detector for power-fail warning. The ESA+T denotes the SOIC-8 industrial tape-and-reel version.
