The LM337LMX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a 100mA adjustable negative voltage regulator, the complementary device to the LM317 positive regulator. Providing adjustable output from -1.2V to -37V with only 110uA quiescent current, this device is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (LM) surface mount format. It features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation, making it essentially blow-out proof when used with heat sinking.
