The LM321MF/NOPB is a low-power single operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, designed as the single-channel counterpart of the widely-used LM324 quad op-amp. Housed in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 package, it delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 1 MHz with a typical supply current of only 430 uA at 5 V. (2) The gain stage provides the primary voltage amplification with internal frequency compensation that ensures stability in unity-gain configurations without external capacitors. The 1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.4 V/us slew rate are optimized for low-frequency signal processing applications. (3) The output stage is a Class AB push-pull amplifier capable of driving moderate resistive loads and high capacitive loads without oscillation. The output can swing close to ground in single-supply operation, and the 430 uA quiescent current makes the device suitable for battery-powered systems.
