The LM2576T-12/NOPB from Texas Instruments is the Pb-free version of the LM2576T-12, a 3A step-down switching regulator with fixed 12V output. Electrically identical to the standard version but uses NiPdAu lead finish for RoHS compliance. The /NOPB suffix indicates Pb-free termination.

The LM2576T-12/NOPB is the Pb-free variant of TI LM2576T-12, featuring NiPdAu termination for RoHS compliance. Electrically identical, providing fixed 12V at 3A from 15-40V input with only four external components and integrated protection features.

Identical to LM2576T-12, using fixed-frequency buck converter topology with internal NPN Darlington power switch at 150kHz. The only difference is the Pb-free NiPdAu lead finish on package terminals.
