The ISO124P from Texas Instruments is a precision isolation amplifier with ±10V input range, 1500Vrms isolation rating, and 0.010% maximum nonlinearity in a 16-pin PDIP package. Using duty-cycle modulation-demodulation across a 2pF differential capacitive barrier, it provides 140dB isolation mode rejection at 60Hz with fixed unity gain.
