The HD64F2633F25V is an H8S/2633 16-bit microcontroller from Renesas running at 25MHz with 256KB Flash and 16KB SRAM in TQFP-144. The H8S/2600 CPU core uses a 16-bit internal architecture with sixteen 16-bit general registers (also accessible as eight 32-bit registers). The 6-stage pipeline enables single-cycle instruction execution for most 16-bit operations. The TPU (Timer Pulse Unit) provides 16-bit PWM generation with up to 8 output channels for motor control. The SCI (Serial Communication Interface) supports UART, SPI, and I2C protocols. The DTC (Data Transfer Controller) performs hardware-triggered data transfers without CPU intervention.
