The GBU810 is a 8a, 1000v single-phase glass passivated bridge rectifier, gbu package manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. This device is housed in a GBU-4 package and operates across a -55°C ~ +150°C. The component meets industry standards for reliability and is suitable for demanding applications.

The bridge rectifier converts AC input voltage into pulsating DC output using four diodes in a Graetz bridge configuration. During each half-cycle, two diagonally opposite diodes conduct, providing full-wave rectification. The glass passivated junctions ensure reliable operation at high temperatures. The GBU package provides electrical isolation from the heatsink mounting surface.
