The ADP5073ACPZ-R7 from Analog Devices is a dual-output DC-DC converter combining a boost converter and an inverting buck-boost converter in a 20-lead LFCSP package. With 2.2-15V input, up to 1.2A boost switch and 1A inverting switch, and 1.2MHz/2.4MHz selectable frequency, it generates positive and negative rails from a single input.
