The AD8608ARZ from Analog Devices is a quad CMOS rail-to-rail input/output precision op amp featuring DigiTrim technology for ultra-low 65 µV max offset voltage. With only 1 pA max input bias current, 8 nV/√Hz voltage noise, and 10 MHz GBP, it delivers precision performance for demanding signal conditioning. The device operates from 2.7V to 5.5V single supply and is unity-gain stable over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

The AD8608 uses a CMOS input stage with proprietary DigiTrim trimming to achieve precision offset without laser trimming. The rail-to-rail input employs complementary P-channel and N-channel differential pairs. The output stage uses common-source configuration to swing within millivolts of both rails. Internal compensation ensures unity-gain stability.
