The 10M02SCU169C8G from Intel (formerly Altera) is a member of the MAX 10 FPGA family, a low-cost, single-supply, instant-on FPGA based on non-volatile flash technology. This device features 2,000 logic elements (LEs), 108 Kb of embedded memory, and operates from a single 3.3V supply without requiring an external configuration device. Housed in a 169-pin FineLine BGA package, it supports features including dual-boot configuration, on-chip flash for user data, and a built-in oscillator.
