The STM32F207ZET6 from STMicroelectronics is an Arm Cortex-M3 microcontroller running at 120MHz with 512KB Flash and 128KB SRAM. The USB OTG HS controller integrates a full-speed PHY and supports high-speed operation with an external ULPI PHY. (3) The camera interface captures 8-14 bit parallel image data at up to 54MB/s, supporting both raw sensor output and YCbCr formats. The DMA controller transfers captured frames to SRAM without CPU intervention, enabling real-time image processing with the DSP-capable Cortex-M3 core.
