Features 4.5mV max offset, 76dB CMRR, and 28nV/sqrtHz noise. The I suffix denotes -40 to 125C industrial temperature range, T denotes tape-and-reel, ST denotes TSSOP-14. Ideal for low-power multi-channel signal conditioning in portable and battery-powered applications.
Uses a CMOS input stage with complementary P-channel and N-channel differential pairs for rail-to-rail input common-mode range. The 1pA input bias current is achieved by the insulated MOS gate input. The output stage uses a common-source CMOS configuration for rail-to-rail output swing. Internal frequency compensation provides unity-gain stability with any capacitive load. The 1MHz GBW and 0.6V/us slew rate are optimized for low-power operation at 100uA per channel.
