The ISPPAC-POWR1014A-01TN48I from Lattice Semiconductor is a programmable power management device combining 10 precision analog monitors with dual programmable threshold comparators, a 24-macrocell CPLD for custom sequencing logic, 14 open-drain outputs, and 2 high-voltage FET drivers. The on-chip 10-bit ADC enables voltage monitoring via I2C. In-system programmable through JTAG, configuration is stored in non-volatile E2CMOS memory.

The device combines precision analog comparators (2 per input with programmable thresholds) with a CPLD logic fabric. Monitor inputs compare voltages against thresholds, generating status signals processed by the CPLD. The CPLD implements programmable state machines for power sequencing with 4 timers for delay control. Outputs drive enable pins, LEDs, or FET gates. JTAG allows field updates of the sequencing algorithm.
