EPCS4SI8N from Intel/Altera is a 4-Mbit serial configuration device for Active Serial programming of Intel FPGAs. Stores bitstream and auto-loads on power-up. 4-pin AS interface connects directly to FPGA. In-system programming via JTAG through FPGA.
