The DS1340Z-33+T&R is a i2c real-time clock with trickle charger, 3.3v operation, 56-byte nv sram manufactured by Maxim Integrated (Analog Devices). This device is housed in a SOIC-8 package and operates across a -40°C ~ +85°C. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.0V ~ 5.5V. The real-time clock uses a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator as the time base, dividing the frequency to produce seconds, minutes, hours, and calendar information.
