The LL4148 is a general-purpose small-signal switching diode in MiniMELF (SOD-80) glass package, equivalent to the industry-standard 1N4148 in surface-mount form. With 75V reverse voltage, 150mA forward current, 4ns typical reverse recovery time, and only 2pF capacitance, it is ideal for high-speed switching and signal routing. The glass package provides excellent temperature stability up to 175°C.

The LL4148 is a silicon planar epitaxial diode. Forward biased, it conducts with approximately 1V drop. Reverse biased, it blocks up to 75V with only 25 nA leakage. The fast 4ns reverse recovery time and low 2pF capacitance make it suitable for high-frequency signal switching.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
