When the peak current reaches the 350mA limit (or the PWM comparator trips), the switch turns off and the inductor current flows through the integrated Schottky diode into the output capacitor and load. The error amplifier compares the FB pin voltage with the internal 1.22V reference and adjusts the PWM duty cycle to maintain output regulation.
